Sasinosoft Games User Agreement

Introduction

This User Agreement is a legal agreement between Strazzullo.NET LLC, and any person who registers a "Sasinosoft Games Account".

When you register a Sasinosoft Games Account, you explicitly declare that you have read, understood, and accepted this User Agreement, and that you will comply to its terms.

Account Security

Your Sasinosoft Games Account is personal, and must not be shared with anyone. You must not give your password to anyone. Sasinosoft is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the incorrect or unauthorized usage of your Account. You must not sell or giveaway your Account.

User Content

In certain parts of the website and inside the games you may have the possibility to insert content. For example, you can send messages in our Discord, and you can chat with others in the SA-MP or FiveM in-game chat. This includes all types of data, such as images and videos. This content ("User Content"), must:

• Not be unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, threatening, malicious, defamatory, libelous, untruthful, pornographic, pedophilic, obscene, vulgar, racist, xenophobic, liable to incite hatred, sexually explicit, violent, contrary to morality, encouraging criminal conduct or violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law;
• Not contain unauthorized advertisement of other commercial and non-commercial products, including, but not limited to: SA-MP servers, FiveM servers, and hosting services; You are allowed to advertise your social media channels only in the areas of the website or game where it's considered to be appropriate.

Recording

Some of our games may allow users to write in text chat, or use voice chat. When you use those features, you agree to the fact that other users of the platform may

• take screenshots of
• broadcast live
• video record
• audio record
• record in any other way

your messages, and your voice. Text and voice features are completely optional, and you have a right to disable them if you don't wish others to record you.

Game Rules

When you play our games (including our SA-MP and FiveM dedicated servers), you accept to play by the rules of that game.

Sasinosoft can decide to ban your Account, temporarily or permanently, from one or multiple games, from the Discord guild, or from the whole platform altogether, at any time and without notice, if we believe that you were breaking the rules.

Account Termination

Sasinosoft can decide to terminate your Account altogether at any time and without notice if we believe that it was being used in a wrongful manner. A terminated Account cannot be recovered.
